At Live Point, we aim to provide a secure and hassle-free shopping experience. Please read our Payment & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • bKash
  • Nagad
  • Bank Transfer (where applicable)

Customers are requested to complete their payment using the available payment options during checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery is available for most locations across Bangladesh.
  • Please make the full payment to the delivery agent at the time of receiving your order.
  • Customers are requested to inspect the package before completing the payment whenever possible.

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in the following situations:

  • The ordered product is unavailable and cannot be delivered.
  • A prepaid order is cancelled by Live Point due to stock unavailability.
  • A refund is approved after verifying a valid issue, such as receiving an incorrect or defective product, and a replacement is not possible.

Refund Process

  • Once the refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be sent through the original payment method or another mutually agreed payment method.
  • Customers will be notified once the refund has been successfully processed.

Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are non-refundable:

  • Delivery/Shipping Charges
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Convenience Charges
  • Any additional service charges applied during order processing

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

Important Notes

  • Live Point reserves the right to verify all refund requests before approval.
  • Refund requests that do not comply with our Return & Exchange Policy may be declined.
  • For any payment or refund-related queries, please contact our customer support team with your Order ID.
